If any planning applications are required for the project our Developed Design would follow approvals being granted so as to not progress at risk with the level of detail. Developed Design responds to feedback of the Concept Design and any Planning requirements creating quantitative outputs that can be used to provide estimates for the build out and tender to contractors.
